Perfect if you like being outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team as a Litter Picker. This role is about more than picking up rubbish, it’s about creating cleaner, safer, and more welcoming spaces for your community and local wildlife. Every shift, you’ll see the difference your work makes, from cleaner paths to safer, more enjoyable areas for people and wildlife, and you can take pride in the results you achieve.

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll be picking up litter, emptying bins, and disposing of waste safely. You’ll always have the right protective gear to keep you safe. Most of the work is independent, but you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team.

We’re looking for someone dependable, happy to work outdoors in all weathers, and able to take pride in doing a job well. You don’t need previous experience, just reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get stuck in.

What you'll get;

  • Consistent, reliable routine: Early-morning shifts, stable employment, and regular hours
  • All PPE and uniform provided: Replaced when needed to keep you safe
  • Training and ongoing support: no experience required
  • Supportive team and clear standards: Know exactly what “good” looks like
  • Visible results every shift: Take pride in seeing the difference your work makes
  • Active, outdoor work: Stay moving and enjoy working outside
