Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team.

In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with Learning Facilitators and curriculum teams to provide high-quality, integrated support that enables learners to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver targeted interventions on a one-to-one and small group basis, supporting learners with additional needs across a wide range of curriculum areas.

Key responsibilities include assessing, recording and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions, ensuring learners receive the support they need to make meaningful progress and successfully achieve their learning goals.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting learners, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to promoting an inclusive learning environment.

This post is full time, permanent, term time only, working 37 weeks per year.
