The Role...

We have a great opportunity to help play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and development in Securitas Technology. As the L&D Coordinator you will be instrumental in helping to foster an environment of growth and innovation, working closely with the HR team to spearhead organisational development initiatives.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders and other resources to understand training and development needs across our European operation. You will help co-ordinate the design, development, deployment, and measurement of learning solutions that positively impact performance and drive business results. This is a fast-paced operational environment which will involve managing multiple tasks/projects concurrently. If you have a real passion for people development, get in touch.

Job Opportunity

What You Will Be Doing...

  • Strategically assess and identify future and current training needs through needs analysis and consultation.
  • Conduct inventory and document current L&D programmes across Europe (e.g., existing leadership development & product training programmes etc.).
  • Provide recommendations for learning experiences that increase reach, impact and future capability requirements.
  • Understand specific needs of a variety of learners so you can advocate and adapt for their specific needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the LMS system and team and other learning resources. Manage the full scope of our LMS, from account creation to class scheduling/communications and general troubleshooting.
  • Project Manage L&D programs end to end including needs analysis, program, and project planning and management, vendor oversight, curriculum design, learning solution delivery and measurement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify, select, onboard, and manage vendor partners to execute on learning strategy and initiatives.
  • Tracks training events and provides reports on training progress and completion to leadership.

Essential Skills

What you will need...

  • Proven experience as an L&D Coordinator, Training Manager or similar.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
  • 5+ years in the L&D arena with a passion for continuous learning

Preferred

  • Ideally, experience in a Security or Technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • The ability to read, write and understand English is required.
