Location: Nationwide- Predominantly across the Northwest and Midlands area

Contract: Permanent full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £19,500

Learning and Development Apprentice

What will you be responsible for?

As a Learning & Development (L&D) apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a business admin level 3 apprenticeship, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You will support with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes. The role will be a blend of administrative tasks, communication, and coordination work that helps our employees grow their skills and knowledge

What Will Your Day-to-day Duties Include

  • Schedule training sessions (online or in-person)
  • Book venues, trainers, and required equipment
  • Update training records or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Liaise with trainers, managers, and external training providers
  • Help analyse training feedback and create summary reports


What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of GCSEs at grades 3 – 9 (GCSE D or above), Functional Skills level 1 in English and Maths
  • Are punctual, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Can handle physical work in varying weather conditions
  • Are over 18 years of age due to the possibility of staying away from home for work and training
  • Driving license preferable/advantageous due to location and opportunities to drive certain vehicles etc
