Join Powerforce as a Lenovo & Motorola Lead Regional Sales Trainer!

Full Time, Permanent

Salary : £27,500 to £31,625 per annum On Target Earnings + Company car

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - o ccasional weekends in lieu for events / in-store training

Territory : Chelmsford, Romford, Enfield, Luton, Cambridge & surrounds

You will:

  • Deliver captivating training, in-person & virtually for retail stores throughout your region
  • Be an expert on and share your expertise on Lenovo & Motorola products with in-store colleagues
  • Inspire sales by motivating and engaging colleagues with the brands
  • Maximise in store availability and visibility through merchandising, Point Of Sale (POS), and fixture compliance
  • Mentor and coach field team members, supporting their development and knowledge
  • Attend field visits with team members, providing in-the-moment coaching and best practice sharing
  • Become a product champion and brand ambassador, consistently leading by example and keeping up to date with product developments
  • Occasional overnight stays and travel across various UK regions will be required for training, events, and coaching

What you need:

  • Retail/training experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion for tech and training
  • Full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
