The Lead/Senior Process Analyst at APFN will mostly work within a core domain of the business to develop a deep understanding of its strategic goals and how it operates. You will work both independently across projects and as member of a project team to lead the design, analysis, and documentation of business processes. You will also lead and support other Process Analysts working on projects within your domain.

Process Optimisation

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the process optimisation efforts within their domain, implementing a proactive approach to continuous process improvement

Process Modelling

  • Contribute to establishing best practice approach to Process Analysis
  • Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand as-is and to-be processes
  • Accurately document processes
  • Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Process Analysts to ensure clear interaction between processes
  • Support and clarify processes as required

Supporting Go Live (as Required)

  • Produce Knowledge Articles, Training Material, and Work instructions
  • Support testing

Line Management

  • Guide and support, and in some cases line-manage Process Analysts working on projects within your domain to ensure effective delivery.

About You

You will have worked on at least 4 large projects as Lead Process Analyst and have demonstrable experience implementing continuous process improvement along with demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.

It would be good, but not essential if you have an expert understanding of Lucid and Confluence. You have worked as a Process Analyst in a Telco environment and line managed Process Analysts in the past.

It would be great if you hold a Six Sigma certification and/or have a degree in Business Systems or IT
