In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

- Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform content.
- Writing, editing, and curating content for accuracy, clarity, and usability.
- Simplifying complex content for users.
- Creating content that motivates users to take action.
- Establishing and maintaining a consistent voice and tone throughout the content journey
- Defining content goals and user journeys based on user or customer objectives.
- Localizing content for diverse audiences and markets
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Managing and mentoring high-performing Content teams providing them with guidance training and constructive feedback within a supportive collaborative and inclusive environment
- Acting autonomously and with authority while dealing effectively with changing priorities and deadlines
- Persuading stakeholders to adopt a user-centred evidence-based approach by presenting information and arguments clearly and convincingly both verbally and in writing
- Scoping writing editing and managing user-centred content for a range of platforms tools and transactional services
- Understanding the wider implications and long-term impact of business issues and activities
- Developing and embedding content standards guidelines and processes that promote quality consistency and best practice
