What Will You Be Responsible For?

As The Large Enterprise Acquisition Sales Manager, Youll Be At The Helm Of a Critical Business Segment. Your Mission? Drive Results, Inspire Your Team, And Build Lasting Customer Relationships. Heres What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team using a solution-led methodology.
  • Manage and grow relationships with senior executives across enterprise clients and channel partners.
  • Drive strategic account planning, pipeline development, and lead generation in collaboration with marketing.
  • Facilitate complex negotiations and close high-value deals with precision.
  • Own demand planning, forecasting, and reporting aligned with Lenovos planning cycles.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business forecasts and performance updates.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets across revenue, profit, volume, and market share.
  • Champion Lenovos enterprise strategy by aligning team efforts with broader business goals.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

You bring a unique blend of leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence. To thrive in this role, youll need:

  • Proven experience in sales management within a large enterprise environment from the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, especially in net-new customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of key macro market trends and have experience of digital transformation strategies within large organisations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate trends, and develop creative solutions.
  • A track record of coaching and developing teams to exceed performance goals.
  • Passion for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
  • Strategic mindset with the agility to adapt and lead in a matrixed organization.
