We are a Cheltenham based company specialising in high quality Bifold doors, Windows and Lantern roof installations in the UK. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers and are looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to assist our technicians on-site.
Role Overview:
As a labourer, you will support our Bifold Door technician with installations, site preparation, and general assistance. This is a hands-on role that offers experience in door fitting and construction work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with carrying, lifting and positioning doors and materials.
Prepare installation site, including clearing and measuring spaces.
Support the technician during installation and adjustments.
Maintain tools, equipment and work area cleanliness.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Must hold a clean driving licence.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
Reliability and punctuality.
Willingness to learn on the job.
Basic construction or DIY experience is a plus, but not essential.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Working away from Cheltenham on occasions.
Competitive salary for the successful candidate, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Company Pension Scheme.
