We're currently recruiting in our Inverness East Premier Inn. Working up to 30 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.
Kitchen Team Member – Inverness East Premier Inn
This Isn’t Just About Cooking.
You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.
One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.
If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.
Pay, hours and location
Pay: Up to 13.06 per hour
Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
Hours: up to 30 contracted hours per week.
Location: Inverness East Premier Inn, Beechwood Park & Sir Walter Scott Drive, Inverness IV2 3BW
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

- Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
- Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
- Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
- Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
