Our Key Account Support Team provide an efficient administrative service, supporting and maintaining good relations with new and returning clients within the Customer Services & Operations Team. They effectively provide administrative support, helping to maintain and develop our portfolio of customers.

What will you be doing?

As a Key Account Support Team Member for BES Group, you will report to the Key Account Support Manager and will use your exceptional coordination skills to action all contract changes, and update relevant systems and agreements. You will be both inquisitive and numerically minded, utilising information available via our CRM system and pricing teams to investigate, calculate and process customer renewal and bespoke charges.

You Will

  • Deliver brilliant service to both Internal and External Customers, being a dedicated point of contact
  • Deal with customer queries through to resolution
  • Follow agreed processes and procedures to ensure service standards are consistently achieved
  • Create and maintain all customer details on our systems, ensuring that all information is available and accurate
  • Complete all administrative tasks relating to contract changes
  • Process all customer renewals
  • Calculate all bespoke charges, using information available via our pricing schedules and CRM systems
  • Work with our Sales, Customer Service, Credit Control, Engineer and Scheduling Teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Manage customer interactions in an efficient courteous and timely manner to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction

As Part Of Our Team, You Will Get

To Join Our Team, You Will Need

  • Experience in a customer service role/environment; with both email and phone based experience
  • Experience providing administrative support to a team, ideally supporting a sales or account management function
  • Experience of using data to make decisions and solve problems
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively via the phone and in writing to different types of customers
  • The ability to build and develop relationships, working with several teams to develop ideas and processes
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to operate in and support a very busy team, whilst simultaneously managing your own workload efficiently
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of/experience using CRM systems (desirable)
