Henkel is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to take ownership of our Value Retail & High Street business. - Manage Henkel’s P&L to meet sales and profit targets by developing and executing commercial account plans.
- Strengthen existing relationships to maximize brand impact. Identify new business opportunities, open new customer accounts.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve results.
- Manage trade investment funds, evaluate promotional activities, and ensure all initiatives align with financial objectives.
- Oversee account-specific product ranges, pricing, promotions, and brand activations, ensuring smooth operational delivery.
- Work cross-functionally within Henkel and establish positive, proactive relationships with key stakeholders.
- At least one year of Key Account Management experience, ideally within Consumer Goods.
- A self-starter with a drive for success and continuous growth.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to navigate complex markets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Confident in handling tough conversations and securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
- A relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities, stay ahead of deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
