We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Designer for this entry-level Junior position. The role involves creating visual content and copy for marketing campaigns and other promotional materials. A mix of graphic design skills, creativity, and an understanding of marketing principles is required.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Designer, you will support the marketing department by creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and marketing strategies.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to develop their design skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging graphics for mostly digital and some print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.

Assist in the creation of visual assets for online campaigns, such as animations, and videos.

Create engaging copy for B2B and B2C website

Assist at events and trade shows.

Support the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image across all design materials.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings, providing creative input and ideas.

Work closely with other designers and marketers to ensure all design work aligns with campaign objectives.

Prepare files for digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality in all output.

Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and marketing techniques to continually improve the quality of work.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.

A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work, particularly in marketing or advertising.

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Good communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.

Basic knowledge of HTML or video editing software is a plus but not essential.
