You’ll support our team in managing product categories across our website and app. You will analyse sales performance, optimise product display, and support weekly trading.
- Support ecommerce merchandising in weekly digital department trading.
- Create and manage uploads for campaigns, deals, and new products.
- Analyse and optimise categories using customer, competitor and market data
- Build landing pages for campaigns.
- Manage website and app signposting.
- Review and identify customer journey friction points.
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and search trends.
- Preferably some experience in ecommerce such as a basic understanding of search and merch tools, however this is not essential. You might have gained the following skills as a graduate or through work experience.
- Data analysis experience; used to producing, analysing and interpreting information and reporting.
- Self-motivated and eager to develop.
- Can juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable using technical tools and systems.
- Customer centric - everything we do is in service of the customer journey so you’ll be passionate about getting it right
- Basic HTML, Content management or Product Management experience desirable
