The primary focus of this role will be providing user support for the company's ERP system, Microsoft applications and Microsoft Windows. In addition to software support, the position will involve general network and server administration tasks, including making changes and additions to the company's WANs and LANs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality technical work and outstanding customer service. You'll come with years of experience in a similar support role where you have been working on projects across the business, provided onsite support for all aspects of the company's IT systems and any other IT support function the company may require.
