This role:
IT Support is key to Risk Ledger’s smooth running. You will be a key enabler, responding to IT support queries and resolving them quickly and efficiently. But more than that, you’ll be the secret nerd (outright nerds also encouraged) that brings great ideas and creativity for improvements to help things run more easily and efficiently. You will empower Legends with the capability and self-help tools to help us all get on with our work.

This role:

In this role you will:
- Deploy, maintain and withdraw devices, systems and services accurately and proficiently for joiners, movers and leavers.
- Proactively anticipate needs, ensuring asset stocks (devices and licenses) are maintained and available on demand.
- Take a hands-on approach to monitor, triage and efficiently resolve internal support requests in a fast-paced environment, including ad-hoc business requests wider than your core IT remit.
- Proactively analyse and identify common problems and solve their root cause with creative improvements to automate or optimise workflows and enhance colleagues’ understanding and capabilities.
- Work alongside the Security Team to improve controls, contributing to system deployments and supporting reporting.
- Continuously learn to advance and improve your technical skills and Risk Ledger’s capabilities.
- Document processes to build up an internal knowledge base
- Have a good level of understanding with managing Google Workspace and Jamf (or similar) platforms, and proficiency in using and troubleshooting macOS in a business environment.
- Have hands-on experience in applying foundation security best practices to manage a diverse list of SaaS systems as services change and evolve with business needs.
- Apply analytical thinking, leveraging data and contrasting information to analyse issues from a broad perspective, understanding their impact on the business and proposing impactful changes to meet our changing needs as we scale.
- Roll your sleeves up, managing your workload confidently, anticipating when you might need support from others and proactively stepping in to help others when needed.
- Be the friendly, approachable and trusted contributor with the natural ability to work seamlessly across teams in order to deliver results.
£40,000 - £50,000 GBP
