International Tax Manager - #146577

The International Tax Manager will provide support in areas such as M&A and restructuring. This role will work with a wide range of stakeholders including assisting the Head of Reporting and Compliance as needed.

• Working with deal teams and advisors on M&A transactions.
• Managing advisors and implementing post-acquisition restructuring projects in the target where needed.
• Managing the tax work on general restructuring projects.
• Managing year-end deliverables and auditor requests on M&A and projects.
• Support to the Reporting and Compliance team as needed.
• Provide tax input on a range of intercompany transactions, dividends, WHTs; supporting transfer pricing work as appropriate.
• Work with external advisors on tax law changes and technical updates impacting the group.
• Provide advice, training and support to Finance contacts in the worldwide group.
