International Education Specialist - Content
Leatherhead Training Centre (Hybrid)
Salary £38,000

As an international education specialist – content, you are a dynamic educator and skilled Professional Skin Therapist, focused on developing impactful content to support success across international markets.
You will embody Dermalogica’s values and expertise, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your role spans the full education journey – from content creation and brand alignment, to formatting and delivery across diverse audiences. You will maintain in depth knowledge of Dermalogica products, treatments and brand guidelines.
This role requires flexibility, cultural awareness, adaptability, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for education.


Job Requirements

  • Level 4 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of skincare training experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience with articulate 360 is preferrable.
  • Virtual training experience utilising Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
  • Captivating presentation skills, both on stage and in virtual setting.

Job Responsibilities

Education Delivery

  • Deliver Dermalogica education both in-person and via digital platforms, ensuring alignment with global education standards.
  • Travel internationally, representing Dermalogica, to support EMEA markets through training, events, seminars and product/treatment launches.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Dermalogica products, treatments, techniques, concepts and the wider industry trends.
  • Support and develop international markets through ongoing training, meetings and education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to work across international time zones and attend global meetings.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities in line with evolving business needs.
  • Content Development
    • Design engaging, effective content for diverse international markets and audiences.
    • Adapt globally produced content to suit EMEA market needs and support growth.
    • Develop and manage e-learning content, tailored for channel specific training, induction, and innovations.
    • Provide support to network of education managers through inbox queries and brand positioning as required.
    • Assist the wider international team with presentation formatting in line with Dermalogica brand guidelines.
