Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment records.
  • Conduct reference and background checks where required.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Promote the company's employer brand and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about employment legislation and recruitment best practices.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting.
  • Experience with behavioural interviewing techniques.
  • Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
