Interim Payroll & Benefits Manager - #143247

We're looking for an interim Payroll & Benefits Manager to cover a period of parental leave for 2 months (June & July) starting asap.
As our go-to specialist, you’ll lead the management of 12 payrolls across the globe through our partner Activpayroll, oversee benefits administration in multiple countries, and ensure data integrity with our HRIS, HiBob. This is a high-impact, standalone role working closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to improve processes, drive automation, and ensure global compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end global payroll operations in collaboration with Activepayroll, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems, resolving payroll issues and employee questions promptly
- Oversee local and international benefits programs, coordinating with benefit providers to administer programmes effectively
- Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, preparing and submitting reports when required
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation where possible
- Manage relationships with external vendors, acting as the primary liaison with Activepayroll and benefits providers
- Support audits, risk assessments, and global mobility needs
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in global payroll and benefits management
- Proficiency with HRIS systems like HiBob
- Strong understanding of international payroll and benefits compliance along with vendor management
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach
- Professional certification (CPP/CPM) is a plus
