Interim HR Manager - Nottingham

The rewards

• Up to £42,000 per annum
• 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent

Hours

• Full-time — Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am–4:00pm with flexibility
• Onsite in Nottingham

The role of Interim HR Manager:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle across the business
• Providing guidance on employee relations matters including complex and sensitive cases
• Coaching and supporting managers through HR issues and people challenges
• Supporting recruitment activity in partnership with external agencies
• Reviewing and updating contracts, policies, and HR documentation
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and preparing for upcoming legislative changes
• Supporting ongoing HR projects and transformation initiatives
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems (CharlieHR)
