- helps the Business Users to move away from a reliance on paper-centric ways of working, to one that embraces digital data and reduce the use of any grey IT tools. As Information Management our focus is around supporting the Business Stakeholders in definition of their information goals (Information Requirements) and ensuring that the right data is available for the Business Users, in the right tools, and in the right time. e.g. by identifying the systems integration requirements, reporting development needs or the information data model creation needs.
- investigates and documents the required Information Flows and any currently know issues and risks, e.g. data quality issues, information sensitivity etc. Quite often we need to help Business Stakeholders in defining their processes (e.g. when they are designing the processes for the future operations).
- works on the projects and with the Business Stakeholders from various areas, e.g.: Construction, Quality, Asset Management, HR, H&S, etc.
- doesn't design the solution, but cooperates closely with the Information Architects, Business Architects, Process Architects who do it. Once the solution is designed, we help to explain the Information Requirements to Project Managers and Delivery Teams (e.g. Integration, Power BI, Data Engineering, etc.), but we don't take an active part in the delivery.
- takes the best of both Waterfall and Agile. We are defining and documenting requirements, AS IS , Issues & Risks in Define Phase and then if required we update the records with the project maturity.
- manages assigned portfolio of work (of multiple projects) and synchronises projects activities between the teams to ensure the Information Analyst deliverables are completed on time. On average we work on 2-3 projects at the time per month (depend on the scale of the projects)

Therefore, we are looking for someone with the skills listed below:

- Business Analysis Expertise: Leverage 5 or more years of experience in business analysis to contribute valuable insights and drive strategic decision-making on complex, large-scale projects.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead the process of gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD). Ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness in the documentation.
- Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrate expertise in organizing and facilitating workshops to extract valuable information, engage stakeholders, and drive consensus on key project aspects. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse opinions and expectations.
- Workload Management: Take ownership of managing your own workload efficiently and effectively. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining a high level of quality in deliverables.
- Technical Skills: Utilise tools such as Visio to create process flows, diagrams, and other visual representations to enhance understanding and communication of complex concepts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their needs, expectations, and business requirements. Foster strong relationships to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other business analysis teams to create a cohesive and integrated approach. Share best practices, insights, and lessons learned to enhance the overall effectiveness of the business analysis function.
