Information About The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to play a key role in unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terrorism Policing.
In this role, you will undertake technical processes in the retrieval, evaluation and viewing of CCTV and other evidential imagery to the highest possible standard in order to support counter terrorism, criminal investigations for customers both within the policing family and externally.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of NIM and proactive tasking with an ability to demonstrate awareness of Health and Safety issues and knowledge/understanding of the practical application of the Data Protection Act, RIPA and ECHR. In addition, they should have an awareness of computer parts/programs with the ability to maintain a computerised management information system and an ability to organise, assess and evaluate information quickly and accurately in high pressure situations using interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
