Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to build, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. The ideal candidate will deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment to ensure seamless network operations. Resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- System Development: Enhance system functionality through hardware and software updates.
- Monitoring: Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure.
- Vendor Liaison: Source effective hardware/software and resolve issues with vendors.
- Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for system issues.
- Security: Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Business Alignment: Ensure systems support wider business goals.
- Educational Background: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with databases, networks, and patch management.
- Security Knowledge: Understanding of system security and data backup/recovery.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in MS Azure, MS Server, Office 365, UNIX/Linux environments.
- Virtualization: Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware) and monitoring systems.
- Problem-Solving: Self-motivated and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
