We're partnering with a fast-growing, global organisation that has under
gonesignificant transformation over the past few years and is now enterin
g anexciting new phase of growth and evolut
ion.
As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint an experienc
ed HRSpecialist to lead and develop their People Services function during
a keytransitional period for the business and wider HR
team.
Alongside leading a small team of People Services Coordinators, you'l
l workclosely with a newly appointed People Director to assess how the People Se
rvicesfunction can best support the evolving needs of the business globally, rev
iewingprocesses, structures, systems capability, reporting, service delive
ry andoverall effectiveness as the organisation continues to scale internatio
nally.

* Leading and developing a People Services team supporting a global

s matters* Ensuring HR data integrity, compliance and accurate reporti
