We are looking for an experienced HR Health & Wellbeing practitioner to join us in supporting the transformation of our workforce.

You will engage with our employees supporting their health and wellbeing (HAWB), ensuring it’s at the heart of what we do.

As an employer who is and has been acknowledged for holding the continuing excellence in the Better health at work award, we are eager to build on our HAWB work. In order to do this, we need an experienced HR professional, with a passion for employee engagement and proven experience implementing successful health and wellbeing initiatives.

This role will have the primary responsibility to design and deliver a comprehensive, focussed, holistic HAWB programme. Effective employee engagement will ensure our plans meet the diverse support needs of our workforce.
