Our dedicated HR team supports, guides and advises the business on any employment related matters. This programme promises a comprehensive overview of our HR and ER (Employee Relations) operation, coupled with insights into various other departments.
The Graduate Scheme
Our programme is a 2-year scheme, where individuals will gain an in-depth knowledge into HR and ER which will include the supporting line managers and employees on employee relation matters, maintaining policies and analysing people data as well as developing a wider understanding of house building industry and much more.
The programme will include a 2-year development course to focus on your professional skills which are delivered at our specialist Training Hub in Solihull. You will have the opportunity to attend regular business masterclasses on a wide range of topics essential to your professional growth, including leadership, project management, technical skills, and industry-specific knowledge.
You will also compete in the King’s Trust Million Makers project, a nine-month challenge that aims to develop entrepreneurial skills and raise money for The King’s Trust, while being exposed to senior leaders and mentors in the business.
During the programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate across HR and the Business which are designed to enhance your understanding of our operations.

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
- 2:1 degree or above in HR / Law / Business / Psychology degree (Required)
- Full driving license and access to a car or ability to get to site locations (Required)
- Willingness to travel around the UK and are happy to stay away from home for short periods of time.
- Will be required to be onsite for a minimum of 3 days a week across the South Wales and Midlands Business Units. (Required)
- Business units include East Midlands (LE19 1DX), Midlands (CV34 6LG), North Midlands (WV10 6UH), South Wales (CF3 5EA), West Midlands (B90 4SS). Base location is flexible.
- Ability to find innovative and creative solutions to solve problems
- Willingness to challenge the norm
- £29,250 - £31,250 starting salary with pay increases as you reach milestones throughout your training.
