You will work closely alongside the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team to ensure a fantastic employee experience, aligning people strategies with business goals, in our people-first culture.

Mission
TEKEVER is at the forefront of Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS). Delivering advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance solutions to customers worldwide. As our international footprint continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist based at our Bristol office.
You will work closely alongside the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team to ensure a fantastic employee experience, aligning people strategies with business goals, in our people-first culture.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities
- Management of HR system, ensuring accurate employee data and dashboards
- Providing day to day HR support across the full employee lifecycle
- Collaborating with the HR team on cross functional initiatives to deliver top- quality HR support to all employees
- Supporting HR administration
- Contributing to ongoing HR projects including talent management, employee engagement and performance management
- Supporting HR processes, including defining indicators (KPIs)
- Onboarding new starters
- Management of absence system
- Assisting with employee relations casework, offering guidance on policy
- Acting as ambassador for TEKEVER’s culture, promoting company values
- Manage employee screening processes, reference checks, security clearance
- CIPD qualification or working towards
- +5 years proven experience in HR in a similar role
- Experience supporting HR initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organisation an advantage
- High Proficiency in Google, Microsoft and HR software
- Working knowledge of UK payroll an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
