Human Resources Coordinator - Year In Industry

(This is an undergraduate role)

The role:

  • To provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Team
  • HR admin and support to HR Business Partner for Acquisitions
  • Liaise with HR Team to ensure the below pre-employment activities are conducted for Ireland Employee Onboarding:
    • Preparation of offer documents
    • Reference checks for accepted offers
    • Set up new starters on HR link and HR net
    • Request new starter medical questionnaires/pre-employment medicals for FSE’s
    • Create vendor numbers and arrange concur access
    • Ordering of IT equipment
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee data on HR systems
  • Undertake other duties within HR department to ensure both internal and external customer requirements are met
  • Complete requests for employment and/or tenancy references
  • Identify, suggest and implement improvements in HR processes
  • Support the HR team with the efficient delivery of global and divisional HR practices
  • Some travel between our UK and Ireland sites will be expected
  • Ensure that good standards of HR practice are adhered to at all times

  • Flexible and willing to travel within the UK & Ireland occasionally.
