About This Opportunity

This is an exciting new role in the HR team at Hopwood Hall College. The College employs about 660 staff and this role will play a key support function to the College HR team.

The College is a great place to work, it’s a supportive and friendly environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to support the day to day running of a busy HR department.

In return for your efforts, we will support you with development and support to enable you to improve your skills and help you decide if HR is the career for you.

A Normal Day Would Include

  • Taking calls
  • Supporting staff coming into the HR office
  • Supporting with recruitment
  • Completing pre-employment checks for new employees
  • Inputting new starters and leavers onto the HR system
  • Issuing letters, contracts and other HR related documentation

What you could go on to do – Could progress into an HR advisor

How you will be supported

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
