Prime Life Ltd is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join the team at Springhill Care Home in Accrington.The home has been specially designed to cater to the every need of 116 residents, living with a range of physical, age related and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our caring team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident’s individual abilities.

As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, comfortable, and homely environment while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.

Shift: 16 Hours per Week

Start Date: September, 2026

Salary: £12.96 per hour, rising to £13.32 per hour upon production of a relevant qualification certificate.

Responsibilities of our Housekeeper include:

• - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• - Vacuuming and cleaning floors
• - Deep cleaning dining areas, bathrooms and toilets
• - Assisting the Hotel Services team with additional cleaning tasks as required
• - Maintaining accurate and timely written records and completing documentation
  
  

What we’re looking for in our Housekeeper:

• A reliable individual with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A caring, friendly, and professional approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
