Hospital Administrator |Full Time, Permanent | Fylde Coast | Competitive salary plus fantastic benefits

Spire Fylde Coast Hospital are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is based in the seaside town of Blackpool. We have 3 operating theatres undertaking a wide range of procedures in Orthopaedics, ENT, Spines, Ophthalmic, Urology, Vascular, Gynaecology, Endoscopy, Plastics and General Surgery. Your role will be to assist in the cleaning and upkeep of wards, offices and shared spaces throughout the hospital.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Experience in an administration role is essential
  • Good computer literacy
  • Someone with a strong attention to detail who can work accurately under pressure
  • Be a great a communicator as the role involves plenty of stakeholder engagement

Who We're Looking For

  • A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great communication skills at all levels
  • Experience in a customer service environment is desirable
  • Previous experience in administration is essential
  • Attention to detail
