Role Overview

- Provide Companionship: Foster meaningful connections and promote independence for those in your care.
- Assist with Personal Care: Support clients with daily activities such as washing and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Medication Management: Help clients manage their medications effectively and safely.
- Light Household Tasks: Assist with essential chores to create a comfortable living space.
While previous experience in care is a plus, it’s not essential. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. We are looking for individuals who are:

- Flexible: Available to work alternate weekends and adapt to shifting needs.
- Ready to Learn: Willing to engage in a four-day training program to prepare you for your role.
- Driving License: Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle (this is desirable but not mandatory).
- Consistent Local Location: Watling Court, Gravesend
