We have some runs of visits but these do require a driver because they aren't all in the same area. We do provide sufficient travel time though so you aren't rushed getting from one visit to the next and you don't have to jeopardise the quality of care you are giving.

We need drivers because our visits are not walkable. Our minimum visit time currently is one hour and some visits are longer to spend quality time with our clients, enabling them to access the community, helping with shopping and providing companionship.Do you need experience? (require this info from branch)

Complex care experience is advantageous but full training will be provided.

What We Offer

  • You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts
  • We offer the flexibility of either a zero-hour contract or contracted hours, whichever suits your lifestyle the most
  • Work with our own clients, no agency work
  • Pension scheme
  • Blue Light Card
  • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity and Adoption schemes

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extension to timelines.
