The Job
We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain with the expertise and talent to scale and run a best in class group Supply Chain department. The role is wide ranging and transformational.

You will be a natural communicator who has the drive and mindset to build a new Supply Chain capability from scratch and lead a team of motivated loyal staff. You will be laser focused, you will put your colleagues at the fore and you will be fully dedicated to bring your personality to work every day.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Procurement and Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the supply of materials to the Group. You will set the strategy for our future capability, lead a programme of transformational work streams, and increase the maturity levels of the department with a team who will thrive working with you.

The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for developing and maintaining the supply of materials across the Group, which includes; Netomnia, YouFibre and Brsk. You will enjoy managing a team who provide services including planning, ordering, warehouse management, inventory control, in and outbound logistics and auditing.

As Head of Supply Chain you will identify and drive cost saving opportunities and have the authority to make decisions to improve the services we provide.
