The Head of Security & Profit Protections key purpose is to oversee, manage and implement the security and profit protection strategy for the business across all territories. To identify and implement best in class loss prevention measures for retail stores and oversee and facilitate security provisions for all company’s assets.

What You’ll Do:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

• Design and deliver the Security strategy for Primark to promote a security culture across the business.
• Manage the development and execution of global strategies to reduce stockloss across Primark’s global footprint by liaising with Country Leaders and all required support functions.
• Own the development and deployment of global security and profit protection policies, processes and tools.
• Maintain and optimise standard incident reporting, investigation procedures, and escalation protocols globally.
• Ensure that the company continues to comply with best practice and legal requirements by liaising with the Legal department to maintain an awareness of developments in the legal field, across all jurisdictions and its impacts on the business.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Senior experience in multi-site retail business either with a retailer or a security provider with a country or multi-country remit.
• Knowledge of legal requirements, International is an advantage.
• The ability to identify issues, suggest solutions, and deliver the result.
• The ability to produce relevant, coherent, succinct information and reports for all levels of management, including Directors and Primark’s Leadership Team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally throughout the business.
