Our journey

Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr Thuria Wenbar, and Dr Oskar Wenbar after realising that 25% of Accident & Emergency (A&E) consultations and 40% of General Practice (GP) appointments focused on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has since expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

Join us as a Head of Operations to optimise performance across departments, improve team collaboration, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of medications to every customer.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with a team of dedicated leads across warehouse operations, customer service, and pharmacy.

As a Head of Operations at Evaro, you will:

  • Drive operational strategy across warehouse, pharmacy, and customer support functions.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in workflows.
  • Coach and mentor team leaders, enabling high-performing teams with a focus on same-day medication dispatch.
  • Lead performance reviews, data analysis, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to healthcare compliance standards and mitigate operational risks.

About you:

  • Proven experience in operations management, consulting, or pharmacy/logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable leveraging data dashboards to guide decisions.
  • Inspirational team leader and coach, skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of regulated environments such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to startup growth and scaling operations.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
  • Significant advantage is experience in healthtech or scaling teams from 50 to 200+ employees over the next 2–4 years.
