Who we are looking for:
As Head of Marketing, you will lead Datapharm’s marketing function at a pivotal point in our growth. You will own the positioning, promotion, and protection of the Datapharm brand across all touchpoints.
You will build and execute a marketing strategy that serves two distinct stakeholder groups: (1) pharma customers- our economic buyers, supporting complex, multi-stakeholder B2B buying journeys, driving pipeline and revenue growth (ARR) - and (2) healthcare professionals (HCPs)- our product ‘end users’, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption through more B2C-style communications, education, and a compelling digital experience. A strong understanding of AI adoption in martech is essential.
This is a senior leadership role requiring both strategic vision and strong operational execution.

What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and revenue targets, covering both pharma customers (B2B) and Healthcare Professional audiences
- Own segmentation, personas, and messaging frameworks for two distinct stakeholder groups — pharma buyers with complex sales cycles, and HCPs requiring credible, compliant engagement
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Own the full marketing mix: campaigns, content, launches, events, communications and PR
- Design and deliver sales enablement content including pitch decks, case studies, and proof points
- Shape compelling value propositions aligned to the product portfolio and roadmap
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success to keep marketing tightly aligned to commercial priorities
- Set clear objectives and performance standards, with regular feedback and development opportunities
- Protect and enhance Datapharm's brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets
- Lead digital marketing including SEO, paid media, social and email to drive visibility and lead generation
- Drive thought leadership and PR to raise profile with key industry audiences
- Own and manage all marketing tools, channels and platforms including the website and email
- Lead AI adoption within the marketing team to improve efficiency and output quality
- Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report regularly to the Executive team on performance and investment effectiveness
- Develop co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and represent Datapharm at industry events
- Leverage ecosystem relationships to support lead generation, content distribution and brand reach
- Partner with the Executive team on the marketing implications of potential acquisitions and lead integration planning to ensure brand consistency and minimal disruption

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, confident interpreting performance metrics and commercial data
- Outstanding communicator and storyteller, able to influence at all levels from the Board to frontline teams
- Skilled project manager, able to run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, digital marketing channels and the evolving martech landscape
- Clear commercial acumen with an understanding of how marketing investment drives revenue growth
- Experience leading M&A communications and brand integration
- Visionary yet hands-on — sets strategic direction and gets into the detail when needed
- Collaborative, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business and with external partners
- Inclusive leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing others

- Senior marketing leadership experience at Head of or Director level, ideally in a high-growth business
- Proven track record delivering multi-channel marketing strategies with measurable commercial results
- Experience leading M&A marketing integration projects
- Strong people leadership experience including mentoring and coaching
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- B2B and/or professional services experience advantageous
