Job Description

Robert Half is partnered with a company in Leicestershire to recruit a new Head of FP&A. This is a newly created position and will report into an experienced Finance Director taking full responsibility of the FP&A function for the organisation.

The Company

The organisation is a Private Equity backed business, that is growing extensively. They have a large finance team, based in Leicestershire, and work 2 or 3 days a week from the office. The culture is collaborative, and fast-paced. It would suit ambitious individuals who thrive on driving change and growth.

The Role

As the Head of FP&A, you will be hands on in the creation on financial models, reports and analysing data across the organisation. You will lead a small team to provide insights to the board and investors that influence their decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on financial modelling, creating new models and refining existing reporting and analysis methods
  • Grow the FP&A function in line with business objectives
  • Support the annual budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Improve the use of technology and systems across the finance team
  • Spearhead the FP&A function, guiding a team to new heights of success.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
  • Ability to lead and grow a function
  • Experience business partnering board level individuals
  • Exposure to a PE backed organisation (desirable)
