We are a fresh and exciting South-East Asian chain of restaurants bringing exotic street food flavour to the high street for over 30 years. Now part of the hugely successful Big Table group (which includes Las Iguana, Bella Italia, Amalfi, and Frankie and Bennys).

To help you to fit in your new role with ease and full confidence, there will be full support given to make you understand our standard operating procedures and business ethics. Most of the prep work is done centrally, which means that you will have a clean-running kitchen that always produces high quality dishes consistently.

- have at least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef
- Preferably have experience in oriental / pan-Asian cuisine (but not essential as full training will be given)
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for
- building, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team to achieve the production and delivery of high quality food in the best possible time frame
- establishing and maintaining excellent standards in food quality and hygiene
- achieving kitchen labour cost & food cost targets for the successful candidate
