ROLE: Handyman
HOURS: 40 hrs per week

Role and Responsibilities:

• General minor maintenance tasks, mostly painting.
• Minor building tasks like door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, minor wall repairs, minor floor repairs, minor trip hazard repairs, minor fabric repairs, etc.
• Minor plumbing works like toilet seats, flushes, tap revivers, etc.
• You'll be the first responder for plumbing issues, helping to maintain compliance, prevent downtime, and deliver peace of mind.
• With PDA and strong support, you'll be empowered to deliver top‑tier service every day.
• Ensure our clients' facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and safe systems of work
• Good communication and IT skills, with the ability to complete documentation accurately
