Role Overview:

This contractual role focuses on guest experience management within a wellness or spa environment. The Spa Host will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to facility protocols. The position supports operational efficiency in a high-touch service sector, where consistency and professionalism directly impact client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and verify appointment details or membership status.

• Direct clients to treatment rooms, changing areas, or relaxation zones based on availability.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, reception, and designated guest areas.

• Confirm schedules with service providers to prevent delays or conflicts.

• Process payments, manage gift card transactions, and reconcile daily cash reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing roles.

• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and basic accounting software.
