This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.
Role Overview
Primary objective is to run and consolidate the annual budget / forecast setting process, consolidated monthly and annual results, provide data and analysis to key stakeholders to drive improved cost and cash management.
Working with the Group Finance Director (GFD) to collate, review, challenge and analyse performance data against plan for all companies within the group and prepare internal reports that accurately portray the performance by Company and Business Area for the GFD to review and report to the senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

Role Requirements
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Review of monthly financial management results for group companies and group total.
- Preparation of Group Budgets, Forecasts and Business Plans.
- Promote the ownership of budgets/forecasts and cost control to the relevant business associates.
- Preparation of the 3 Year Group Business Plan.
- Preparation of reports and presentations (including monthly report to the Senior Leadership Team and Board)
- Consolidate 3-month income statement forecast.
- Prepare monthly Group Flash results document.
- Encourage a sound Financial control environment.
- Assist the Group Accounting, Legal and Tax Manager in the management of group treasury – including bank administration duties, daily cash flow monitoring, cash flow forecasting and loan facility compliance.
- Provide timely, accurate and transparent financial analysis as required by the Group Finance Director or Group Chief Financial Officer and provide challenge to the accuracy of data provided from FBPs.
- Provide data and analysis to key stakeholders to drive improved cost and cash management.
- Support the development of new systems and reports (including automation of current reporting) which will drive continuous improvements within the Finance team and internal reporting.
- Investment appraisal of Capex to support cost saving activities and initiatives (eg IRR, ROI etc)
- Lead the monthly standard costing review process to ensure continuous improvement and highlight areas of concern via the Manufacturing Finance Business Partner.
- Provide support and analysis to business managers for strategic and operational business decisions.
- Provide supporting evidence that will help model the financial and non-financial outcomes of alternative scenarios, test the assumptions and advise accordingly.
- Management of certain key projects being undertaken by the business, representing Finance department on the project team, and communicating effectively the financial impact of these projects with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the SAGE X3 ERP implementations.
- Super user for ERP.
- Share critical information in a timely and appropriate method.
