As a Graduate Manufacturing Operations Excellence at Honeywell, in Horsham, we will support and train you to drive operational excellence and optimise manufacturing operations. • In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices to optimize processes and reduce waste.

• Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.

• Act as the point of contact for Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence, understanding the process and working with the site team to drive its implementation and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure smooth production processes.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.

• Develop and maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing processes, work instructions, standard operating procedures, Value stream maps and factory layout.
