Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a visionary, driven, and results-oriented Global Head of Dealer Development to lead and evolve our global dealer network.

This dynamic role is critical to delivering a premium retail experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring every Triumph dealership reflects the strength and quality of our brand.

As the head of Triumph’s global dealer development strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our network, elevating retail and franchise standards, and delivering best-in-class commercial and technical training.

The role requires a forward-thinker with strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and an uncompromising focus on delivering profitable and premium dealer experience worldwide.

As Global Head of Dealer Development you will need the following;

• Experience in dealer development, network strategy, or commercial operations within the motorcycle or automotive industries.
• Proven experience building, managing, and optimising global dealer networks.
• Expertise in commercial and technical training programme development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of premium customer experience design and retail optimisation.
• Track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with measurable success.
• Comfortable with global travel and working across diverse markets and cultures.
