Tasks

  • Assist the surveyor on site at a range of client premises with collecting site data such as ground levels, buildings, service covers, trees and street furniture etc.
  • Plan and prepare a Geospatial project brief from the client’s specification, employing best practice geospatial techniques.
  • Set up and operate the latest survey technology under the guidance of a surveyor (including the Total Station, GPS, laser scanners and underground utility detection equipment).
  • Undertake setting out under the guidance of a surveyor on site.
  • Carry out all work in accordance with health and safety and any other legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's - Maths, English and preferably Geography (Grade 4) essential.
  • Communication skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Team working.
