This Geo-environmental Consultant role will provide:

The Geo-environmental Consultant selected will be:

  • Involved in a range of contaminated land, site investigation assessments and remediation projects.
  • Carrying out Phase I Desktop Studies.
  • Factual and interpretive report writing.
  • Bore hole, soil and rock logging.
  • Carrying out risk assessments.
  • Soil sampling.

As a result, to be considered for the Geo-environmental Engineer position you should have a degree in environmental science, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geology, geography or a similar/relevant subject. You must have some experience as a geo-environmental engineer/consultant, hold a valid UK Driving licence, live commutable to Cambridge and have a full right to work in the UK.
