We’re looking for a Generalist Adviser (or Trainee) to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide practical, life-changing advice across areas like:

• Money and budgeting

• Welfare benefits and income maximisation

• Housing and employment

• Energy, consumer issues and more

• Support clients via phone, face-to-face appointments, and community outreach

• Help clients complete forms, challenge decisions, and navigate complex systems

• Work alongside a collaborative team of advisers and volunteers

• Contribute to campaigns that challenge unfair policies and systems

• This is hands-on, meaningful work where your expertise will have a direct impact every single day.

The Details

• Hours: 37 hours per week (job share considered)

• Holidays: 28 days + bank holidays
