- Confident in stock management budgeting and P and L control.
- Committed to training and developing a team.
- Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

- You will have total responsibility and accountability for the day:to:day management of your store.
