General Manager - Live in. Up to 50k plus bonus

We’re looking for a General Manager for the Ship Inn, Noss Mayo. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about captivating guests and growing an offer. This pub is all about having a proper premium pub experience – whether that’s about its nostalgic and unadulterated take on fresh seafood sourced by local suppliers, or perfect pints and wonderful wine on the terrace when the sun shines – all accompanied by an incredible view of the Yealm Estuary.

We’re looking for someone with experience running a premium fresh-food pub to run this absolute beauty. The pub has a great reputation and we want to build on that further and solidfify the pubs reputation as a fantastic pub that does fantastic food and drink. The position comes with live in accomodation and arguably has one of the best views in the country to wake up to every day - when the sun is shining and the tide is in it gives off Mediterranean vibes!

Running a Pub for Young's:
